Yes! You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time, no questions asked. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period (either the end of your monthly cycle or annual term). Your subscription will simply not renew, and you'll be automatically downgraded to the Free tier.
All your data is preserved when you cancel Premium! If you have more than 5 subscriptions, they'll be in read-only mode until you either delete some subscriptions to get back under the 5-subscription limit, or resubscribe to Premium. Your data is never deleted unless you explicitly delete your account.
Yes! We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Premium subscriptions (both monthly and annual). If you're not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund through the app or by emailing support@subscribely.app. After 7 days, standard subscription terms apply and no refunds are available, but you can still cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Yes! You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time to start saving immediately. When you switch to annual, we'll prorate your current monthly subscription and apply it to your first annual payment. Switching from annual to monthly is also possible, but you'll need to wait until your current annual term ends. Contact support@subscribely.app if you need help with plan changes.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay (on iOS), and Google Pay (on Android). All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
For monthly subscriptions, you'll be charged immediately when you subscribe, then on the same date each month. For annual subscriptions, you'll be charged the full year upfront, then annually on your renewal date. You'll receive an email receipt for every charge, and you can view your billing history anytime in the app's Settings → Subscription Management section.
If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification immediately. We provide a 3-day grace period during which you'll retain Premium access and can update your payment method. You'll receive reminder emails on Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3. After the 3-day grace period, if payment still hasn't been received, you'll be automatically downgraded to the Free tier. You can resubscribe anytime by updating your payment method.
Yes! You receive an email receipt automatically for every payment. You can also view and download invoices anytime from Settings → Subscription Management → Billing History in the app. All invoices include full payment details and can be used for expense reimbursement or tax purposes.
Absolutely! All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of payment security). Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. All payment data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. Stripe also uses advanced fraud detection (Stripe Radar) to protect against unauthorized transactions.
Yes! Your Premium subscription is tied to your account, not a specific device. Once you subscribe, you can use Premium features on all your devices (iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablet, etc.) as long as you're logged into the same account. Your subscriptions sync automatically across all devices in real-time.
Not at this time, but we're always evaluating discount programs for students, educators, and nonprofits. The good news is that our Free tier is quite generous (5 subscriptions with full cloud sync and reminders), which works well for many students. Email support@subscribely.app to be notified when discount programs become available.
If we need to adjust pricing in the future, existing subscribers will be grandfathered in at their current rate for as long as they maintain their subscription. You'll never see a surprise price increase on your renewal. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you would be charged the then-current price. We'll always notify you at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.
